Speakers(2.1) for 6K

Hi guys i am new to this forum....
I am planning on getting a 2.1 speakers for ~6K for my laptop.
The speakers are for 70%-music & 30%-movies.
I need enormous bass...
The budget can be extend to 7K IF needed.

Don't go for SRS-DB500 & its fake 300 watts claim. All the computer speakers are overrated in terms of power output.

Try to get the the Logitech Z-2300. May not be available since Logitech stopped production of Z-2300 in Nov,2010. May be available from old stocks.

Under 8 grand their is no other that can hold a candle to Z-2300 except the MX-5021.

Regarding my choice between Z-623 & MX-6021, well I would get the MX-6021 since the Z-623 is not even half of Z-2300.

The performance aspects of MX-6021 is better than the Z-623.

My choice under 8K:

1) Z-2300
2) MX-5021
3) MX-6021
4) Z-623
5) SRS DB-500

Z-2300 is the most power system having 120 watts of "continuous" power. DB-500 have around 80 watts of "continuous" power.

Its post like these that are unwarranted. I have both Z623 and Z5500 the bigger brother of Z2300. When one claims that Z623 is not even half of Z2300 I am hardpressed. As per me owning the speakers mentioned, I can safely say, Z623 is 70% of Z5500 on most occasions. Its only the inbuilt capability to decode DTS, connectivity options, etc that make Z5500 a better value proposition. In your budget, I suggest go for Z623.

I currently own Creative Inspire M2600 and am very happy with the performace for the price they were. I paid around RS 1600 approx a year back. Good value for money is all I can say
