Hi,

this is my first post here after introduction. Not long ago a friend of mine sent me a diy kit for chip amp. It is from chipamp.com the Non-Inverting LM3886 Dual Mono Kit. I assembled it. It was fairly easy. I tested it on some speakers lent from a friend. The audio quality is superb. This is my first amp build ever.

Now, the hard part. I don't know what speakers I should be going for. I've not even set a budget for them. But what I do know is it needs 8 Ohm speakers.

Will someone please help me out here with options for speakers?

Thank you in advance.

You will probably need high sentivity bookshelfs since it will probably be a low power amp. Maybe Boston Acoustics A26. Cambridge Audio S30 would also be nice but it's not available anymore. Watch for it on Quikr/Olx/Hifiads.com.

Thanks for suggestions. I'm reading up online. Its a 68W RMS per channel amp. I'll look for the ads like you've said.

68W is quite a bit of power. My understanding "chip" amp is incorrect. I think most speakers will do.
