Speakers for my Denon 2311 FOR BUGET 1 LAKH.

Friends,

I bought my receiver Denon AVR 2311 some 5 months back , but still i have not purchased the speakers , I literally listened to lot of brands like , MA,Mordaunt short,Psb,jamo,klipsch,dynaudio,paradigm, Elac and so on but ended up with more confusion,rather than narrowing down, .My room size is 16 x 12 x 10 feet exclusive HT room. My preference is 60/40 for music/movies more towards music .

To some extent i am convinced with psb image and Mordaunt short aviano but Psb exceeds my budget , But i am unable to decide about aviano series . Kindly help and guide me in this regard. Its my dream to set up this room, i shouldnt end up with disappointment . Thank you so much and Happy new year 2012.

Any suggestions are most welcome.

I would think PSB Image T6 should be very easily within your budget as they retail for less than 80K. And I would say that they make one hell of a pair of floorstanders.

I suggest using Polk Audio RTi A5 - Fronts, CSiA4 - Centre, FXI A4- Surrounds, Polk Audio DSW PRO 550 Sub. You should get about 20% discount on the list price of all these and are sold by ProFX.

good advice considering HT ( 1 lac will get you close to all the speakers fronts , centre surround and sub )

better advice ( if 1 lac is set aside only for the front towers and maybe two rear surrounds

You can go for Mordaunt Shor Aviano s 6 with 5 as centre and Wharfedale dfs surrounds.. And for SUB Velodyne IMpact 12 or POLK Dsw 550
