Hi Guys,

Need your help in choosing a speaker that receives audio through USB port on PC.I do not need speakers receiving audio from 3.5mm audio slot of PC.

I tried searching over net,,but all i could find was USB powered speakers with 3.5mm audio jacks.

I do not worry about serious audio capabilites and just looking for a cheap speaker system.

Reason im looking for USB speakers is the 3.5mm audio out on my motherboard is giving lot of breaks/noise/hiccups which i cant take anymore. So i m trying to bypass that Realtek audio hardware and play audio thru an USB.

Do you already have a speaker system? If so get a USB DAC and connect it's output to the speaker.

I do not already have a speaker system. So i will need only a pair of USB speakers.

I finally purchased Edifier MP250. I had considered Logitech Z205 and IBall USB Melody Bar as well. But MP250 took the 1st place in looks and performance
