Got the Yamaha N803 for my sister because of its connectivity.
Easy setup, good sound but a bit bassy. I have yet to run the room correction software.

Denon CDP --> NAD M51 --> NAD C356 --> LS50
This chain assuming you want to use external DAC.
You may want to attempt analog out from CDP to NAD C356, if you want to compare CDP Dac vs M51.
Use whatever cables you have for now. If possible, use coax instead of optical; some folks say coax is better.
