Stereo setup suggestion required

Looking for suggestion on my stereo setup, the streaming will be from tidal/spotify/flac collection. The source will be macmini running audirvana and usb out to schiit modi2 uber dac. Now all i need is amplifier to drive tannoy v4 floorstander. The upgrade will be of two stage,

stage 1: amplifier to drive floorstander
stage 2: upgrade from tannoy to midrange floorstander.

amplifier shortlisted , Rega brio, audiolab 6000A (budget 70K)

Whether the above amp can drive floorstander(mainly low frequencies) both are blind buy based on feedback.

Room Size : 11X25 feet -> listening area 11X12 feet.
My music listening some times goes loud, when i am away from listening area.

General recommendation is to upgrade the speakers first and then get the right amp to suit the speakers.
