Subtitles not showing only in zee/sunnxt apps in Apple TV

Hi all,

I have an Apple TV 2018 model. I see that Subtitles not showing only in zee/sunnxt apps. It works fine in prime video/Netflix though.

Also I could see the subtitles in amazon fire stick for all apps.

Anyone observed this ? Am I missing any settings or is it a app limitation in apple tv ?
