I have LG Smart TV LGUQ7550 and Sony HT TV300 Surround System , I am not getting Dolby 5.1 Audio from SUN NXT & DisneyPlusHotstar apps which I downloaded from LG app store.
Settings : All settings are done properly Audio out set as Passthrough . I have tried with HDMI ARC and Optical mode no use I am just getting stereo audio from these 2 apps . All Other apps like Netflix, Prime, Apple, Aha, Zee5 are working fine facing issue with only those two , LG support asking me to connect with Disney and Hotstar customer care has any one faced this issue.
