I have placed an order for the SC1 Sugercube Beta. I really want to listen those not so pristine quality angel records with quality recording and music. lets see how it goes and if the gamble is worthwhile.

Yes I have received the product and it performs pretty well for the not so good Lps.

Can you elaborate a bit more? No clicks and pops ? Does it sound compressed in any ways? Could you post a few pictures and let us know what speakers and amplifier you may have?

I completely agree with his view in this review. I am not currently using it because I don't want to play my mint lps through that so I am trying to build a parallel but separate playback chain through sugercube from another turntable which I use to play not so good lps.

I have started using Sweetvinyl sugercube again after some time and I am even more impressed than the last time. The main reason for the improvement is the use of Dr Feickert Test tone lp along with calibration software supplied with the app. It properly calibrates the gain according to the cartridge used. After doing this setup sweetvinyl has become a permanent fixture of my playback system. Now I am realising the full potential of the product.One thing I noticed it produces better results with better quality turntables as it gets more refined data so the built in AI algorithm can do a better job of noise removal.
