Tatasky HD Remote -- Usability issue

Guys,

I am facing a Usability isuse with Tatasky HD remote. I can set the favourite channels in Tatasky HD. But there is problem with Navigation. We need to keep press the favourite button for moving from the 1st favourite channel to next one. then there is no option to navigate from the last favourite button to the previous.

It was possible with Tatasky SD remote. Are u guys are facing this problem??

Yes.

I am facing the same problem. In the SD box channel nos 900 onwards were alloted for favourites. This is not hapenning in the HD box.Looks like we will have to petition Tata Sky for a software update.

I also find the colour schematic of the menu to be too dark & dull.

I have already informed this to the Tatasky Customer care. they told if they get this compliant from so many people, they will update the the software.

Please raise ur concern also to the customer care...

Maybe I've misunderstood your problem -- but if you press 'back' on the remote, you can go back to the 3rd fav from the 4th fav for example.

Never selected favourite channles even in SD box, so cant say any thing but the color of menu is a pain to read program details so they must change that.

Bought from chennai and got it installed by calling the tata sky toll free numebr..

I called up the Tata sky customer care reported this Usability issue of remote. they told they are getting this issue reported by many users. They will fix it soon...

God knows how much time it will take....

Hope they fix it, as of now i manage by adding the channels that i am watching to favorites.
