I'd definitely expect the 4 year warranty to return on the sale this weekend. So wait for at least Friday/Saturday.

Is it 1yr warranty + 2yr panel replacement or 3yr warranty?

Above link mentions 3 years manufacturer's warranty. Please check with them.
Anyway if a tv crosses 3 years, panel failure is the costliest replacement. Even if it covers only panel, it is better than 1 year comprehensive warranty.
