Toshiba has introduced its latest QLED Gaming TV, the Z570RP, featuring the new REGZA Engine ZRi. The smart TV is designed to optimise picture and sound using artificial intelligence and is aimed at users seeking a high-performance television for gaming and entertainment.
The REGZA Engine ZRi is Toshiba’s AI-powered processing system that automatically enhances picture quality, audio clarity and gaming responsiveness. According to the company, the engine adjusts settings based on content type and usage scenarios. “The launch of the Toshiba Z570RP represents our resolve to redefine premium entertainment,” said Pankaj Rana, CEO, Hisense India. “The Z570RP's Japanese-designed elegance and AI-powered REGZA Engine exemplify our commitment to bringing cutting-edge technology into consumers' homes at accessible price points,” he added.
The Z570RP is equipped with Direct Full Array backlighting and QLED Colour technology, which the company says delivers better contrast and more accurate colour reproduction. For gaming, the television offers a 144Hz refresh rate and includes AMD FreeSync Premium support to reduce screen tearing. A built-in Game Deck interface allows users to adjust gaming settings directly from the screen.
The display incorporates Toshiba’s Pure-View technology, which aims to reduce glare and widen viewing angles. On the audio front, the TV features 360° Surround Upscaling for a more immersive sound experience, along with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos certification.
Additional features include far-field voice control, enabling users to operate the TV through voice commands from across the room. The Z570RP is also designed with an emphasis on visual health, although specific features related to this were not detailed.
The Toshiba Z570RP QLED Gaming TV will be available in 55", 65", 75", 85” and 100" screen sizes. Pricing starts at Rs 42,999.
