Tower Speaker 2.1 - Buying Help

Requirements : Optical or HDMI (must have either one of these Ports)
Room Size : Very very small (11*8 Ex: can place only one double cart bed and little space will be available)

F&D T60X Tower Speakers 2.1 (12 K online Price) (Optical)
F&D T70X Tower Speakers 2.1 (15 K online Price) (Optical,HDMI ARC)

So far we sorted out above two models based on reviews

1.) Please suggest whether above speakers are good or not .
2.) Please suggest any new models.
3.) For mentioned room size tower speakers are good or not.

Yes, the speakers are good value for money.
If you can stretch your budget a bit, you can get the following option to consider. Well reviewed pair. In my opinion, it'll be worth the extra money.
For your room size, a pair of BS speakers would do the job but then again, it is upto you.

+1 to this. I've heard those eclipse 2 floor standers and they're excellent for those on a tight budget! Imo they're better than the Pioneer SP-FS52.

As Barun has mentioned, a good pair of bookshelf can be more flexible from the placement point of view & sound good too in a small room since towers may be big and may sound overwhelming. You could add a sub too for compensating bass lacking in the bs.
But at the end it's your choice.
