Turn any projector or TV into 3D!!!

Very interesting :) With products like these, one doesn't really needs to look for 3D ready PJs it seems. Though its quiet expensive at $499

Yes. its quiet expensive, once you add the price of 3D glasses to it. Since the device runs 3D at 60Hz/120hz, you can only use their glasses at 60Hz. 2 glasses with emitter will add about $329 to it.

But before buying it, one thing to remember is the flicker at 60 Hz. The reviews at AVS forum were ecstatic at first but later on there were some flicker problems reported. You may want to check the thread over there, there is quite helpful discussion. I was also looking to buy it, but decided it would be better to buy a 3d capable projector for that price instead of buying this device and deal with tuning it.

Yes, that too.

Your post reminded me of the lock. The 3D device will work at 60 Hz exactly. Almost all the displays/projectors work at 60 Hz but they don't necessarily lock to 60 Hz. They take 60hz input and show at 59.99 (yeah, weird but it happens). With these displays, the picture starts okay, but over few minutes, the audio drifts and video lags behind by few milli-secs. So, if anyone wants to use the 3D VIP device, they need to be certain that their projector locks to 60 Hz.
