TV suggestion needed

i want to buy new/old led TV for living room

my requirements :
size lease suggest !!my pref is 32".... viewing distance is 9feet
company:value for money(any)
pic quality:hd ready/full hd ..as per size of tv u people please suggest
content playing:tv serials and music channels mostly occasional movies too
features:i would like to connect it to my home network (my PC,PJ,AVR,IPAD(as XBMC remote) already on network
i would also like to stream movies from my network on TV
my content is mostly 5GB 720p movies

sir for 9feet distance plz go for 40 or 42 inches
vu tv is VFM ......if u dont care of warranty u can go for imported samsung tv also which will be in the price of 30 k
i think google chrome cast will do the smart features or a laptop as htpc
