I’ve had a really bad experience with the Samsung Crystal 4K series. The panel failed twice; the first time, I managed to get a free replacement through consumer court after much hassle. Unfortunately, it failed again in less than a year. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with Samsung.

I’m now looking for a reliable TV around ₹30,000 and am leaning towards newer technologies like Mini-LED. I’ve looked at brands like VU and Lumio; Lumio seems promising, but I’m unsure about their after-sales service. TCL also offers some good options.

Picture quality is my main priority, and I’m considering brands that offer longer warranties, as that seems like a better option.

Any suggestions or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

You can Try Hisense mini led. I'm using since more than two years.

I bought 43" Mi FXPro at 25K. Will be delivered tomorrow. As far as I know there is no mini LED in this size class. The best is only QLED. If you need google TV then there is XPro version at 29K. It is a coin toss at this price amogst second tier (Other than Sony, LG, Samsung) brands! Atleast you are not paying premium money for an almost a coin toss quality of Tier 1 players, IMO. Also, there is one thing about paying more for extended warranty and there is another about how much they honor it. In my experience, if there are any niggles they will come up in first year. So I do not bother with paying more for the warranty and accept the situation if something happens after first year. If you do not plan to move a TV physically then it should go through it's life, ideally. I bought 50" VU TV in 2012 and it worked flawless till 2025 June. We moved our home and now the sound is gone :( Pls make sure that firmware updates are done when there is no power failure. This has bricked a Sony TV for me.

I have found Sony TVs to be very reliable.
But they are priced at a premium.
+1 for Sony. You can get Sony Bravia 2 43 inches at around 30K. Sony's picture quality and upscaling are really good. Their after sales service is better than others.

If you want to go for 50 inches at the same price, try TCL and Hisense.
