Wired is Best.
If you Must go for Wireless, then RF is better, because you will get reception even if Both your Ears are not directly facing the transmitter. Thyis can easily happy if in your bedroom the TV is in a corner and you could turn your head while chatting or reading ....
Its Very unnerving when 1 channel suddenly goes blank !
