Understanding Refresh rate in TVs

Hi,

I am planning to buy LED TV and I see some TVs with refresh rate of 100hz and 60hz. I will be using this TV to connect to my PC as monitor and watch FHD movies. Normally, the movie files have 29.9 FPS, so will there any difference playing it in 100hz TV and 60Hz ?

There may be slight difference while watching sports or playing games
Refresh rate matters for a screen while watching sports or playing games, in short it matters for video which involves fast moving frames.
