Upgrade from ATP3..Speakers for trance music
I have been using ATP3 since last 4 years using on board Realtek . I am satisfied with its performance for casual listening.
After getting top tier IEM JVC FX700 ,I want to upgrade to a decent speaker for my PC.
My requirements
1)It should be good upgrade over ATP3
2)BASS,Bass,basss - Solid bass impact ideal for trance music. It should be fast enough to keep up with trance. You can consider me as a bass head
, but I hate boomy and uncontrolled bass, extended yet smooth detailed treble. So basically I am looking for V sig sound.
3)Usage 80 percent music 20 percent movies
4)Going to add Asus Xonar DX sound card
5)Budget 12-15K can stretch if I am getting something worth the money
6)I think most 2.0 setup lacks bass quantity so I would prefer 2.1. Or Book Shelf + sub woofer
7)For personal use in small room so big output is not necessary but should be atleast as loud as my old ATP3
8)Available in India
The only option I have considered so far is Logitech Z623. It does have great bass quantity but I am not sure about its sound quality. I am quite nub
to speakers , bookshelf ; started reading this forum but got terribly confused
Heard names of most of these speaker brands for the first time. So someone please guide me to audio nirvana
