Videocon d2h remote wont work

What to do..this is my second replacement..the remotes I guess are if poor quality

Move to tatasky

Videocon remote was actually nice , very sleek ... at the same time grip is less, so chances of falling is higher. Getting it replaced with videocon and have protective cover . it also happened once in the past... with protective cover , it's ok , but become bulky. Now i am with Tatat sky ...
Remote looks rough , but seems to prevent falling & damage...

Is this the white Videocon RF remote? I have one lying around somewhere from when I cut the cord. PM me your address and I'll courier it to you if I can find the thing and it does not get too expensive to ship.

PS: Don't know if it still works. I did remove the battery when I cut the cord though, so it should still work.
