Installed as described and works flawless on Kodi. Thanks to OP.
Initially JioTV package wasn't loading(many automatic retries) at the penultimate step, but after Hotstar install initiated, JioTV package also installed by itself. Btw, I am on JioFIber network.

Also do this. JioTV addon>settings>more settings>enable more HD channels. Quality will improve or some channels.
