I am using the Wharfedale sub-woofer Model: 10 MX-SUB/150 W which was newly purchased new 2 years ago with the Diamond 10.6 series. The speakers are sparingly used. My sub-woofer has developed a fault since yesterday - When I turn it on, the blue led light on the front flashes for a second and goes off. The woofer receives no power, and is lifeless. I tried by changing the plug but to no avail, the response is the same. I don't know since when it happened, because I was not using my system for the past 15 days, yesterday I tried and this thing occurred. One of my friends asked me to contact Designer Audio, since they are the authorized service agents for the brand. The speaker set is not covered under warranty since it was purchased from Dubai and moreover it has crossed one year. The manual doesn't give any pointers in the trouble-shooting sections. Kindly suggest if anything I can do before contacting the service guys.

is the sub in the auto position ? if yes try changing it to the On position.

also did you change the plug point or the cable ? try changing the cable as well

Hi

If it is not a Fuse or cable or power supply issue...could be some dry solder issue on the amp board inside which is making it behave this way.....

Purchase the Audiolab 6000A Integrated Amplifier at a special offer price.
