Please help me choose the right option of the two. My living room size is 12*12

Harmon Karndon AVR70 + JBL Speaker SCS 140 BK - 1699 Dhirams

or

Shall i go for Yamaha YHT 298 -

I have Samsung 46 LED 6900 with Samsung HD + 3d blue ray player so USB facility in 298 is not very important.

Please tell me which is better choice if price is not an issue.
