What should I buy

Good morning wishing you all happy new year
I need suggestions for buying home theatre set up for my brother
1) best speakers - central, floor standing speakers, surround, height, and subwoofer
2) best Av receiver capable of giving latest digital signature and powerful
3) budget 2.5- 3 lakhs
4) requires Atmos set up should support 9 speakers ( 2 height / Atmos )
Please help me . I need to tell him before he ends up buying.

There is nothing like 'best' in audio. Depends on one's ears. For the specified budget, Marantz SR 6012 with the same speakers as you, Polk OWM3 as height speakers and subwoofer SVS PB 1000 should do the job. There are other equally good options as well.
