These Tannoy drivers probably aren't designed for OB. OB drivers must have high Qts. I think your friend's cabinets look excellent. Why not replicate one of those? Especially the one that looks like a Tannoy Prestige. Unfortunately, you can't really shrink the size of the cabinet without losing LF extension, so you'll have to welcome a baby elephant in your room

I may be wrong but the drivers do not look to be Tannoys.

Tannoy Dual Concentric driver crossovers especially the 15 inch drivers have two adjustment controls for the HF and the models that used the brass name plates did not have a single rotary type control. they have selectable screw type settings for both Energy and roll off.

You are right. It is a kind of replica.......the brass name plates was made by my friend.

It was not mine. My friend who has same units has made.
Others said it should be 250 liters for 15 inches unit, but it is 200 liters.
He says that the sound is good enough.

If you want to go smaller, I would recommend sealed. Generally a sealed enclosure can be 25-50% smaller than a ported one, just expect less bass.
