When will amazon start delivering non essential orders to Chennai?

When will amazon start delivering non essential orders to Chennai..Though govt has approved non essential services,amazon and flipkart haven’t started yet..Any idea?

It’s august 1 but till now No..When the Tamilnadu govt has given permission,why amazon and Flipkart are ignoring Chennai customers .This is really disappointing ☹when paytmmall can deliver ,why not amazon?We will miss the prime sale on 6-7th August
