Where to service in Chennai?

Hi Folks,

I live in Chennai.

I have a Craftel double tape deck which I bought from Audiocraft 4 years back.

I noticed that the deck was not working due to lack of regular use and I gave the deck to the manufacturer to repair it.

Even though I called them every few weeks, They kept it for abt six months and then returned it expressing inability to repair it as nobody uses tape decks nowadays and they said that parts were not available.

I had bought the tape deck from Mr. Murugesan 4 years ago because I was told that the mechanism was freely available and that it could be easily repaired. Besides, I was told that the deck was futureproof as parts were freely available and not expensive.

I then approached Power Electronics who said they nowadays repair only imported decks and they declined to accept it.

I welcome any info abt anybody who services audio tape decks in Chennai.
