Hi I am planning to buy a pair of book shelf speakers ..I have been going through this thread for quite a long time. I have a few questions and need a a few suggestions also.

1.I need a pair of BS and i would like to hang them on the wall on either side of my LED tv as i do not have space in the room.now in most of the posts i have seen many people suggesting to place the speakers 2-3 ft from the wall to avoid bass etc( I am just upgrading from an sony casette/CD player )..so please suggest which brand would fit in this type of situation.
Also my budget is limited max 30 k.

2. I have seen BA A26 in grey market for 15k will they sound good and fit in this situation ?

3. I am looking for Topping T20 amp or any other amp that would drive these speakers.. in an affordable price....By d way chennai is where i can audition and buy the products as it is near to my place .Please do advise from your experience and taste...

Dali Zensor 1.
I have mine wall mounted. They come with rubber buffers for space between them and the wall.
I had also searched specifically for wall mountable speakers and decided on these. They are excellent. Should be under Rs 25,000.

You can also consider Kef Q100.

Topping amps seem to regularly come up for sale on the forum. Maybe if you wait, you can get a good deal.

Polk RTIA1's should be able to satisfy your needs ..
Priced about 21K and should be able to get about 10-15% discount on the same at ProFx.com
Thanks

You should also give a look for the q acoustics 2010i or the 2020i. Heard them sometime back & seemed to be punchy. Can be wall mounted with a dedicated wall mount from q acoustics specifically for them. So no issues about the rear port .2010i are available at hifimart for 15k & are a steal.
I money is not an issue, look for the psb imagine mini. Bomb of a speaker , can be wall mounted & quite compact in size for a bookshelf. But they do cost north of 50k.
Since talking about these, can any esteemed member who has auditioned these , kindly tell me that is the sound quality of psb mini too good compaired to q coustics 2020i so as to justify its double price tag compaired to 2020i. Me too Confused.
