Hi...
I have the Dali Ikon6 and am looking for a Dali Center speaker in my budged.

Option One: Vokal One
Option Two Dali Suite C0.7 Centre

Any input on which one to get considering that both are in similar price range?
Thanks...

I have the Ikon 6 and I heard the Vokal AND the Concept centers back to back.
I bought the Concept. IMAGINE. It's SUCH a good center channel that I chose it over something that costs 3 times. And I wasn't even on a budget.
Close your eyes and get the concept. you can spend the money saved on something else.
Another point is that vokal 1 has 2 4 inch drivers and the concept has 5 inch drivers. SAME tweeter in both. Ribbon is not required for a center channel, IMHO.
I was blown away by the Concept. I think you must demo it too.

Thanks guys.
@Frank: what's the cost of the vokal1, vokal2 and that of concept? Also is the concept u got the same as CO. 7?
Brgds,
Gaurav.

Vokal 1 and 2 cost above 22k each, if I am not mistaken. I didnt bother, since the people who sold me the dali's themselves said I should get the Concept.
My concept cost me about 10k. Really, for 10k you have to BELIEVE what it does.

Thanks Frank...

You are completely contradicting yourself as to how you ended up with the Concept. Please do not mislead others with such divergent suggestions. If you liked Concept, then well and good, no need to downplay a model if you did not hear it or was persuaded by others to pick a different one.

Guys who can understand all the above specs pls update me how good is this center speaker...
thanks

If electronics could be bought based on specs then we would not be discussing a number of things. You should listen to them yourself and pick one that you like within your budget. Dont worry about what the cost was till such time you can afford it.

Looks like someone got scalded by his early morning tea. Lol
Anyways, the opinion stays the same. No contradictions and no conflicts sir. Please maintain decorum while posting. Go back to the thread and see whose comments are more helpful in this thread. maybe that might help cool down a little bit.
And I did hear both models sir.

Thanks Jitu...its a good one. There's another Vokal 2 for 190 odd pounds, am eyeing that. Have some one coming down from London, so have asked him to chk with the store directly.

A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
