Which is the best TV under 40,000?

I am planning to buy a new TV and I am wondering about the best TV under 40000. I am looking for a Full HD TV with the best picture quality in that range.

Try your hands for VU TV demo or check out flipkart for the same. You can get some very good deals on this brand. It's a average mid segment brand but worth buying. You can get a 4k TV in this price.

I am just worried about it being less expensive than other reputed brands. There must be some catch, like poor picture quality or horrible after sale service ?
