Which would be a good in ear phones for Android?

I'm using galaxy nexus phone. The default earphones ear plugs are gone and considering buying a new one with a budget of about 3K. Looking for something which is good to talk and very good to hear music on the phone. Might be using this with my ipod classic as well.

Could you suggest something good which I could buy in India? I see some reviews about Sony MH1c smart - but its not available here.

T-Peos Tank, the cable of mh1c is downright awful though the sound is good.

Thanks! I will check T-peos tank. Just that sony smart mh1c has a fantastic price in amazon.co.uk, but getting it here makes it expensive again.
