Will 323 drive an SP-FS52 proerly

Hai I have a pioneer vsx323 I am able to get an SP-fs52 for a good price 18K

M doubt is my amps says

Related power output ----100W max @ 6 ohms
Maximm power output -----120W max @ 6 Ohms

but speaker says 130W @ 6 Ohms

So I want to know is it ok to purchase this setup? also the curent speakers I have is a

150W @ 8ohms

I am kind of confused what to do?

I've ordered the same speakers for a higher price... So you're getting a pretty good deal. Your avr should be more than enough to power them... So go ahead and by them!
