Both should easily be able to drive the Pioneers.

NAD 7120. Super sounding. Greeeeaat FM AM tuner. Output power way bigger than the rated. Only problem ( if you can call it a problem, I wouldn't), it works in 110 volts (Must be made for US or Japan, so quality non compromised. Along with a heavy duty voltage converter, I can give it for 7k+shipping.

Noted, will keep you posted. Looking for something with at least one digital input.
