I have this JVC receiver since 8 years. I never had any problem.
My subscription expired on 15th dec. I renewed it before that for two years.
I did not get the password from them. Infact I received the hardcopy on 13th jan.
The radio was playing till almost 18th of dec. The password came by e mail in jan first week. I entered and it is not taking up the password. many times it didn't work.
finally on 13th the technician came and tried and failed. finally he tells me the software is gone and ID has changed you have to send it to WS service in bangalore.
Does this happen. It was fine till the subscription was there after that it is not working is it a conincidence.
