Xiaomi has launched its new TV S Mini LED 2025 series in China. The new models are now available for pre-sale and will go on sale starting May 22. The lineup includes four size options: 55, 65, 75, and 85 inches.
The TVs use VA panels combined with Mini LED backlighting and a multi-layer optical film to improve light control and picture clarity. The number of local dimming zones scales with size, from 408 zones on the 55-inch model to 704 zones on the 75-inch model.
The 75-inch S75 features a 4K resolution (3840×2160), peak brightness of 1700 nits, and a native 144Hz refresh rate. Users can boost the refresh rate to 288Hz in gaming mode. The TV also supports VRR and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro to reduce tearing and improve gaming performance.
The TV runs on a quad-core Cortex-A73 processor with a Mali-G52 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. It supports WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and includes a wide range of ports: two HDMI 2.1 (one with eARC), one HDMI 2.0, AV input, LAN, optical S/PDIF, one USB 3.0, and one USB 2.0.
The audio system consists of four speakers (two tweeters and two full-range drivers) with a total output of 30W. Xiaomi has tuned the sound using Harman’s AudioEFX processing and included support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The TV runs HyperOS 2.0 and supports Xiaomi’s Xiao AI assistant with far-field voice commands, NFC casting, and smart home device control.
