Did you buy from them? And when you did, did you pay them using paypal?

I was contemplating of getting a receiver thru them but dropped it as i was able to get a good deal here in Bangalore itself with bill/warranty. Also I had a mail conversation with Ashish I think the guy who handles the site, nice guy and I think you can negotiate for the price. Their website says that they have started accepting paypal payments. I remember seeing it sometime back and now I dont see the paypal logo in the website. Try to look at one of the threads in the forum there are some people including mav who have purchased thru them and got it shipped to Bangalore/Cochin I suppose.

Edit: I can see the paypal logo on the site once you get into the products.

I was looking for yamaha 571 receiver. I think thru avenue the deal was around 27k with there own warranty. But I was able to get the same receiver in Bangalore thru one of my friends contact for 30k with bill/warranty.

Hey Maniraj , This 571 Receiver you bought.. is the warranty by Yamaha or by the local dealer? I still say that Avenue sounds people are even better established to give you a better price. Should v tried bargaining further.

I've ordered the Yamaha RX A710 (~31k) Pioneer SP PK51FS(~47k) and 1 step down for both receiver and sub (~4k). Since i don't live in mumbai, i'll have to shell out ~3k to the courier company finally :sad:. Since the rupee ain't doing so well, I suppose there isn't much point waiting. The prices might only go up.
