Yamaha RX-V667

Hi,
I bought Yamaha RX-V667 and Harman Kardon Speaker from USA. Now I need to buy the transformer to use those in India.

Could someone suggest what should be the rating of the transformer to connect these 2 things.

Receiver says 400 W input and Sub Woofer says 200 W input - so total 600W.

Is 1 KVA transformer sufficient for this?

Also do I have to buy a isolated transformer - or auto will also work? The shopkeeper said isolated transformer produces a lot of heat if not used for maximum capacity?

A 1 KVA transformer will handle the total load of 600W. But it is always better to invest in a higher KVA transformer. Get a 2KVA transformer for the peace of mind.
