1080i 50hz or 60hz

hi,
I just got D2H HD, in tv settings i can choose between 1080i 50/60hz, i got a sony 1080p lcd tv, its the earlier X series model, i tried shuffling between both 50/60hz modes, didnt find any noticeable difference, which mode should i leave it on? Any idea??

Leave it on 1080i 50Hz, which is the native setting for HD broadcasts in India.

60 Hz is the NTSC frequency. 50 Hz is for PAL

Actually there is no NTSC or PAL in HD.
