220V-110V converter - is this an isolation transformer or an auto-transformer?

The attached picture is the insides of a 220V-110V voltage converter.

Looking at it, appears to be a toroidal transformer, but the question is whether there is a way to tell whether it is setup as an isolation transformer or an auto- transformer?

If you have bought it, then you can check it. You can check with a multi meter whether there is a conncetion between the input and output windings. If you have continuity, it is auto transformer. Otherwise it is isolation transformer.
