If and when these speakers become too old and really break down before I do, I need a new pair of speakers and since I know I will not be able to afford comparable speakers, I try to make a list of speakers I may like as replacements.
Hi Asit, the speakers I have come to really like especially on Hindustani Classical music is Magnepan. Here is the speaker that I last auditioned and would highly recommend anyone who is deep into Hindustani:
The Mini Maggie System -- Honey, I shrunk the speakers! | InnerFidelity
It may seem like a computer speaker but in reality when it plays it is superb and it comfortably fills a 200 sqft room. These speakers excel in musical timing, air, transients, micro dynamics and timbral accuracy. Together what it does to hindustani classical music is nothing short of stunning. It is an all rounder and plays all kinds of music well but Hindustani on this is very special.
The bigger maggies sound a lot bigger with more extended lows but they also bring in some constraints in terms of minimum room size required, minimum distance from the walls, room treatments, amplifier power etc. They can sound overwhelming and some times bright if not given space. This tiny speaker seem to leave all that behind and just sounds pure.
