5.1 not playing in Denon-1912

Hi,

I have downloaded Hotel California 5.1 but can't play in Denon-1912. When played on PC it played fine with VLC. My Denon setup is having only two speakers. Any settings needed. It plays in Denon but full crackly.

On PC vlc is downmixing the audio to 2 channel stereo. With what are you playing in Denon? Any media player, check audio settings there to see if audio is set as RAW

I'm playing directly from USB plugged into Denon. It plays but fully distorted.

If Denon is set in Stereo mode then it should downmix to stereo right ?

Is it only audio or video too is stuttering?

It is only Audio file.
