77S95C samsung 77inch tv stopped working suddenly

i have a 77S95C samsung oled tv,
it stopped working suddenly, while i was watching tv..
sound comes, but black screen

any idea what should i do ?
is it a common issue in samsung tvs ?

Could be a dead panel. Get it checked at the authorised service center.

How old is the TV, is it under warranty or out of warranty ? Raise a ticket with Samsung support customer care, they will ask for invoice and date of purchase, post which they will send an engineer down, if out of warranty they would charge for engineer visit.

its just 1.5years old
i did take an extended warranty from reliance when i bought for 4 years
however reliance says its panel, and it be under samsung warranty for 2 years

but there is a twist, on the first day the tv came, my child drew crayon on it, on the right side,small part,
but the tv was working totally fine,

now the samsung says, it has scratches and not covered..its really shitty situation

the tv is at the samsung service center in my town.
