One has to be smart buyer or a seller and research about the product and be also smart in areas of checking the product completely with whatever means possible with today's technology

One can't make rules and regulations on forum for sell and buy which is just there to aid any participant of the forum

Yes I completely agree with you, "seller's greed is easily visible but the Buyers greed isn't". But leaving a 0.01% of market rest 99.9% of markets the buyer is the king, HFV cannot be an exclusion. You as a seller are taking a hit for your time constraints, most of the time buyers take the hit for their time constraints or somebody else is ready to buy it at a higher price.
The low balling or capping remarks apply to threads when the exact purchase price is not mentioned by the seller, not on all other threads when its mentioned. Seller is free to lie about it, and it's optional to mention, read #4. Seller always has the right to highest bidder but buyer will be unaware of the other bids made on the same item by other prospective buyers. Hopefully I'm clear.
