Our cable intermediary decided to ditch Hathway and decided to join ACT network. So, without much choice we moved to ACT Digital TV:sad:
Feedback on ACT:
:thumbsup:Improved customer care as we don't have to talk to intermediary and wait for long time
:sad: Have to hang on for long time to talk to customer care
:sad: No Dolby 5.1
Same channel quality as Hathway ( for both HD and SD)
:thumbsup: Technician told that 5.1 will come next month ( hope so)
