Hi

I am looking for a compact but high quality CD / FM radio player for my home.

Has anyone seen or heard of the Cambridge Audio "One"? I checked it out on the web site and liked what I saw. Love the all-in-one form factor, with the amp/radio/cd in one small unit. Comes with an iPod dock too.

I already have a pair of Bose 301 speakers that I can pair it with. Alternatively, I can get a pair of Tannoy F1s or similar.

Please give suggestions / experiences / alternatives.

The CA One is priced around 30K without the speakers. Is it worth it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi:

Should be a good product the 'One', i mean, it serves all your purpose, and since from the CA stable, SQ should be good too. Only an audition can help. My other choice would be the Denon D-M37DAB, should be available at ProFx.

:)
