in images i can see the sticker of 220v so it should work here
Local price in JBL store is like 40k , with discount it might come for 35k. But 21.5 including everything looked like a steal. But if you select black finish 50 euros more. Saving 50 euros I can even go with a tattooed sub-woofer.

+1 to that and yes the german (I presume Europe as well not sure) and Indian voltages are the same. So all the electronic items sold in amazon.co.uk and amazon.de will be compatible in India without any step down transformer.

yup quite excited...hope it should get delivered in well condition...as per vine's experience i consider getting it by this saturday or lets see...now need to think for an excuse to say at home as already spent 15k last week for new bd

JBL will get it repaired in India worst case scenario if something fails
I had posed this question to the imorter Sahil some time back for some other equipment which I was planning on importing.
The answer was Simple
"" We will repair the JBL product for a charge " It is applicable on all JBL / Harmon products for a FEE.
The JBL ES250 I paid 35k for it October or November (don't remember) after negotiations. They don't really come down on pricing.
However after listening to a lot of subs. Klipsch , Velodyne etc . I chose the JBL's purely due to
1. 400 watt RMS - 700 peak
2. Wireless
3. The amount of energy / Slam that they can produce.
4. A very sensitive driver. So even at 30% volume they go insanely loud and low
5. Primary objective Movies
However now after living with the Rythmik Audio FV15HP Sub. ($1200 US prices without shipping) The JBL's sounds pretty mediocre to my ears and body.
But then again the ES250 for 22k via amazon shipped to India is a steal
You can get anything better or more powerful that this price.
Would I get rid of the JBL's
No chance in Hell. Bloody awesome for the price if setup correctly
So guys join the bandwagon from a happy owner and take the plunge.

You can check your Credit Card s online portal (If you have ) to check how much have they charged. Last when I ordered from amazon.com , got a SMS confirming the amount deducted.. ANywayz the international currency conversion charges etc appear later in Monthly statement..ordered one & got the email as below

I added JBL sub-woofer and an AVR, packing & shipping is still 40 Euros.
Good to get multiple items shipped together, you will not need to pay shipping for 2nd item even if it is as big as an AVR or a Sub-woofer.

hi,yet to get sms or email pn amount deducted frpm my card. Wi'l chk portal later. Itis a global visa card so i guess it will deduct inr as per euro rate on the day purchase was made...anyways what were the charges billed to you
