Amplifier/Receiver to Drive Multiple Satellite Speakers

How can I drive at least 10 small sattellite spakers with the help of an amplifier/receiver. The source would be a cd player and it is 100% for music only . Just want to know the brand of speakers, amp/receiver and mechanism to do this. Speakers will be distributed in two floors. Budget is 50k max (excluding the cd player) .
