Annoying Youtube App bug in Toshiba TV

On my Toshiba 39LL3300 TV, after a recent update to inbuilt Youtube app there is this annoying bug that the volume will randomly jump to 30 when a youtube video is playing and this happens many times during every session. Anyone having similar issue and figured out a way to fix this?

I have been using a Toshiba TV for about a year but have not encountered this problem as yet.

I have not seen this model. But you may check the AVL option from TV sound settings.
AVL (Auto Volume Level) should be adjusting the volume as per the input received.
