I have a 720P Acer projector and i can definitely make out the differences but given the MRP ratio is 1:10 or more, I dont mind this projector as well particularly if used for kids gaming.

This ones around 3500 if u use all the discounts and offers during Dasara sale;

In the below image I have used my own grandview 15K 10feet screen, but plan to buy my nephew the below..which aint bad for 3K

it all depends if u owned a better one before..am sure its passable....again for 8000 rupees you are getting 10 feet.no harm in trying.got very little to lose. brightness on lower side though.

Do you know the min. distance required from the projector wall? I have a spare room which I am thinking of converting into a HT room. However, the wall is only 10 ft long, so that max distance I can get is around 9 ft. Wondering if this is sufficient to get a reasonable size (say around 100ft diagonal). I will be happy with a 90-100 ft size.

yeah getting 8 feet diagonal is possible
