Any one who has tube amp using ECC81, EL84, EL86 tubes/valves?

Hi all,
Recently I purchased few valves to make SET amplifier. Before I proceed to buy Power and output transformers I thought if anyone in/near mumbai can test the valves ?
Valves are ECC81, EL84, EL86
Someone who has diy amp based on these...?
